About The Golden Minute Hospital
The Golden Minute Hospital was founded by Dr. Prince Pareek, a highly qualified and experienced pediatrician and neonatologist. Dr. Pareek holds an MD in Pediatrics and a DM in Neonatology. He is a member of the National Neonatology Forum (India).
Dr. Pareek has extensive experience, having previously worked as a Consultant Neonatologist at ESIC Medical College, Faridabad since December 2021. His expertise includes primary decision-making in the management of NICU babies, teaching, and training of MD resident candidates, and quality assurance.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Super-specialization: DM Neonatology (India) 2021
- Postgraduate: MD Paediatrics (India) 2017
- Undergraduate: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) 2012
- Presently working as Consultant Neonatologist at ESIC Medical College, Faridabad since December 2021.
- Completed DM Neonatology from Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College.
- Worked at Bharati Hospital, a multi-disciplinary teaching hospital affiliated with Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune, India, which is a tertiary referral center for high-risk obstetrics and perinatal/neonatal medicine.

- Primarily involved in quality assurance.
- His full-time work involves primary decision-making in the management of NICU babies, and teaching and training of MD resident candidates.
- Competent to provide independent care to sick babies in a tertiary level setup.
- Teaches and supervises junior medical staff and nursing staff in various procedures.

- Departmental Oral presentations on topics like Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy, Neonatal Hypertension, Thrombotic and bleeding disorders in neonates, and Neonatal dengue.
- Attended national and regional conferences including UPNEOCON 2016 and National NEOCON 2019.
- Courses & Audits: Attended workshops on Statistical techniques and research methodology, research methodology and scientific paper writing, newborn hearing screening, and neonatal neurology and therapeutic hypothermia.
- Actively involved in monthly mortality and other audits in the NICU at Bharati Hospital, Pune.
